विजेताओं
In 2023, Vietnam Airlines advanced gender equality through initiatives like the "Orange the Sky" campaign and the "Knowledge Contest on Gender Equality Law." The "Orange the Sky" flights, launched in 2022 during the National Action Month on Gender Equality and the Global 16 Days of Activism, aim to raise awareness of gender equality both within the airline and across society. These flights gained significant media coverage, featured by over 50 press agencies and 7 broadcasters.
Since 2019, the "Knowledge Contest on Gender Equality Law" has engaged over 700 participants annually, promoting awareness and responsibility among employees. Organized by Vietnam Airlines’ Committee for the Advancement of Women, it promotes awareness and responsibility among employees while fostering a safe and equitable workplace. These efforts reflect Vietnam Airlines' commitment to embedding gender equality and sustainable corporate culture in its operations as a national carrier.
Crystal Martin (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. operates in the field of textile and garment, with nearly 10,000 employees. Mr. Kaowsiri Purin and members of the Board of Directors have developed an action plan to strengthen a friendly, non-discriminatory working environment; specifically, the P.A.C.E program - a self-development and career improvement program for female employees. The program has brought confidence, helped improve skills and relationships in the family and at the company, making the lives of female employees more joyful and positive.
At P&G, Supplier Diversity is a business strategy that has existed for more than 40 years. The strategy aims to develop and expand business with companies owned by women, minorities, LGBT, and people with disabilities. Over the years, P&G Vietnam has made efforts to implement this program, focusing specifically on attracting women-owned businesses in Vietnam by: building capacity and expanding business with women-owned suppliers; cooperating with WEConnect International to launch the "Women Entrepreneurs Academy" (WEA) to share knowledge about supplier diversity and gender equality, creating networking opportunities for P&G partners. With that strategy, the supplier diversity target in Vietnam has exceeded the global target (5%) and P&G in Vietnam is one of the top 10 global units at 24% by June 2024.
With nearly 5,000 employees, 45% of which are women leaders and managers, Coca-Cola Vietnam has built a gender equality strategy through a comprehensive DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and International) initiative to address bias in recruitment, support family responsibilities and promote leadership commitment. With this initiative, Coca-Cola has increased the number of woman leaders in the company, improved gender diversity in the workplace, increased female employee participation in training and increased female employee income towards sustainable development.
BIDV introduced the SMEasy Digital Platform, offering comprehensive financial and non-financial solutions tailored to support women-owned small and medium enterprises (WSMEs). As of June 2024, the platform has attracted over 140,000 users, including WSMEs, providing them with free, anytime-anywhere access to resources for business growth, financial management, mergers and acquisitions, and expansion opportunities. A standout feature, the "SME Diagnosis" toolkit, supports businesses in assessing corporate culture maturity, enhancing workplace communication, and improving leadership skills. Through this innovative platform, BIDV empowers women entrepreneurs to thrive and expand their ventures.
MienTrung Industry and Trade College, under the Ministry of Industry and Trade, affirms its pioneering role in promoting gender equality in the field of vocational education with the "Lighting up Potential" initiative to enhance the capacity of both male and female employees, especially women, through professional skills training, soft skills and personal development programs. The school has been building a fair working and learning environment, where every individual has the opportunity to develop based on their abilities; This has contributed to increasing the proportion of women in leadership positions from 25% to 30% in 2024.

Operating in the field of gold, silver and gemstone jewelry with more than 5,000 employees, under the leadership and guidance of Ms. Cao Thi Ngoc Dung, Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company (PNJ) has gradually turned awareness of gender equality into a large-scale action of the entire company. Many projects and community initiatives have been initiated and directed by Ms. Ngoc Dung - Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of the Company, such as a series of nationwide seminars on leading innovative businesses shared by female leaders; a series of inspirational programs on unlocking the leadership capacity in the hearts of leaders... with the goal of enhancing the position and providing comprehensive physical, mental and intellectual care for female entrepreneurs. Ms. Ngoc Dung always accompanies activities on sustainable development, actively participating in forums and conferences on promoting gender equality and empowering women.
Operating in the field of construction materials, a sector quite specific to women, Secoin Company always aims to promote gender equality in education, training and career development for employees, with policies committed to non-discrimination on the basis of gender. Last year, the company achieved important progress when the proportion of female workers and employees participating in advanced training accounted for 60% of the total workforce, of which 20% were female employees raising children under 36 months old. The company is interested in investing financially and creating conditions for female employees to participate in many specialized training courses in areas such as business, sales, production, management and soft skills.
As a pharmaceutical company, Traphaco is a pioneer in developing GACP-WHO standard medicinal herb growing areas nationwide through the GreenPlan Project “Research and sustainable development of Traphaco medicinal herb resources”. Traphaco has cooperated and built a community to produce Artichoke and some other medicinal herbs, in which over 80% of the participants are women to increase income for ethnic minority women, contributing to enhancing the role of women and promoting gender equality.
Diversity and inclusion are core to Intel’s values and play an important role in driving innovation. Intel has a long-term strategy to enhance education to encourage more women to participate and succeed in technical careers. Intel has implemented a number of initiatives to increase gender diversity in STEM education through partnerships with schools, local governments, non-profit organizations, business associations, etc. to assess community needs and help improve the capacity and skills of people in mountainous and rural areas, women, and children in difficult circumstances.
As a company operating in the renewable energy sector, CAS Energy has integrated gender into the Renewable Energy and Smart Agriculture Climate Change Adaptation project to enhance the role of women in an inclusive, equitable and sustainable Energy Transition; Handle the employment needs of farmers who have lost their land (for solar farm construction) and face difficulties in career transition; Enhance and demonstrate the role of women in the renewable energy industry through the application of technology in processes. Through the project, CAS Energy has measured employee satisfaction with: working environment, fair treatment in salary, bonus, promotion path, ... and annual emission reduction.
2nd Runners Up
As a multi-industry corporation with over 5,000 employees, VPS has developed a gender equality strategy in its organizational structure and working environment to achieve economic efficiency, productivity and employee satisfaction. As a member of the Board of Directors, Ms. Tran Thi Thu Thuy has developed many activities to inspire and enhance the role of women in many aspects; especially the EmpowHer program - helping female employees demonstrate their role, improve their quality of life and develop themselves.
Heineken Vietnam is transforming the traditionally male-dominated brewing industry through its Brew Diversity initiative, launched in 2021. The project tackled gender disparity by introducing inclusive policies such as gender-neutral recruitment, flexible work arrangements, and safety measures. The Women in Sales project specifically targeted increasing female representation in sales, doubling it from 6% to 12% by 2023 through mentorship programs, leadership training, and recruitment drives.
In 2023, Heineken Vietnam established a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Council, led by top management, to institutionalize progress. By Q1 2024, women represented 48% of recruitment candidates and held 39% of senior management roles, surpassing the 2025 KPI of 30%. Initiatives like the Women Interactive Network and international assignments further developed female leaders. Integrating DEI into performance and talent management has ensured sustained career growth for women, with 68% of overseas assignments since 2021 awarded to female employees.
DannyGreen Corporation operates in the agricultural sector with 50% of managers and leaders being women. As the company's Chairman, Mr. Tran Phong Lan has created an open, sharing working environment that promotes equality; identifying gender equality as a core value and foundation for sustainable development. He and his colleagues have developed and issued the Gender Equality Principles and the Gender Equality Implementation Plan since 2020, marking a turning point in the journey of promoting gender equality at DannyGreen.
Operating in the banking sector, providing diverse services, SeAbank always focuses on customer groups; especially female customers. In 2022, SeAbank launched a privileged club for woman entrepreneurs - SeApower to address the need for support and development of woman entrepreneurs in Vietnam; promote business development as well as affirm the position of woman leaders and provide comprehensive and sustainable solutions for women-owned businesses. After 1 year of operation, SeAPower has 1,418 members, corresponding to 1,418 existing customers who are women-owned businesses, an increase of 148% compared to 2022.
Olam Vietnam Limited (Ofi) has been operating in Vietnam since 1997 with nearly 5,000 employees. Ofi's activities in Vietnam are particularly related to farmers, suppliers and the communities where the company operates. The company always focuses on the goal of attracting more women and women-owned businesses as direct and indirect partners in the supply chain through many forms such as "Choice for Change" - Ofi's sustainable development strategy until 2030, the "Prosperous Farmers" initiative to support training to improve farming skills and productivity of farmers; the "Developing Community" project through Nutrition and Health programs, financial support for students, training for women, etc.
